MOBILE WALK-THROUGH

TAKEAWAYS

Every research process is different, and each scenario requires different tools. In this scenario, all of the necessary functional components were already in the app, but the UI needed major restructuring in order for use as intended. Addressing these problems required a unique combination of attitudinal and behavioral data points. Through contextual inquiry, and user focus groups we were able to properly arrive at our problem statement. The bottom line is that every design problem is different, and a deep understanding of an array of research methodologies is needed in order to decern what research plan will yield the correct solution to your problem.
